Yug Realty is a real estate consultant based in Gurugram. We work with buyers — senior professionals, NRIs and families — who are choosing a new-launch or under-construction home directly from a reputed builder.
What we do
We shortlist projects that fit your budget, lay them side by side with sourced prices and dates, take you on accompanied site visits, and help you negotiate. You buy directly from the builder. We work across all of Gurugram, and compare most often on Dwarka Expressway, the Southern Peripheral Road and Golf Course Extension Road.
What we don't do
- We don't pressure. No countdowns, no "last units".
- We don't estimate prices. If a builder hasn't published one, we say so.
- We don't give investment advice. We help you choose a home.
How we're paid
On a new-launch or under-construction home bought directly from the builder, the builder pays our fee. You pay nothing to us.
Registration
Every project we show is RERA-registered, with its number and a link to verify it on the Haryana RERA portal. Our own registration details are shared with buyers on request.
