This policy explains how Yug Realty ("we") handles your personal data when you use yugrealty.com, call or WhatsApp us. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

What we collect

  • What you give us: name, phone number, email, corridor and budget preference, preferred callback time, whether you want a site visit, and your message.
  • A record of your consent: which consent boxes you ticked, the version of the consent text you saw, and the date and time.
  • Analytics, only if you accept: we ask on your first visit whether we may use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages and corridors visitors find useful (pages viewed, approximate city, device, and clicks on Call/WhatsApp buttons). IP addresses are anonymised. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. Your choice is remembered on your device for 180 days; clear your browser storage to be asked again. We use no advertising cookies.

Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry (required consent): to call, WhatsApp or email you about the homes you asked about, and to arrange visits or quotes you request.
  • Updates (optional consent): occasional news on new launches and price changes in your corridor. Only if you ticked the second box.

Who we share it with

We share your name and number with a builder only when you ask us to arrange a visit or a quote for that builder's project — builders usually require this to register you as our client. We never sell your data. Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a form-processing service (Web3Forms); WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as we're helping you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires longer (for example, records of a completed transaction). Then we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what data we hold, correct it, or erase it, and you can withdraw either consent at any time — withdrawing is as easy as giving it. Send a WhatsApp or call +91 93111 57160 and say "withdraw consent" or "delete my data". We'll confirm within 7 days. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
