Overview
The Palatial is Hero Realty’s project in Sector 104, registered in three phases with RERA in January 2025. All three phases carry a RERA completion date of 30 June 2030.
The builder publishes sizes of 263.1–321.1 sq m (about 2,832–3,456 sq ft) for its 3.5 and 4.5 BHK homes, but does not say whether that is carpet or super area. We show the figure as printed and ask the builder for the carpet area in writing. Price is on request.
